PTC Creo Parametric finds this add-in based on the information in a file called protk.dat. Problems that might result in the add-in not being loaded are that PTC Creo Parametric is installed after the COMSOL installation, PTC Creo Parametric is updated or installed in a different location, or that the COMSOL installation is moved. The paths listed there to the COMSOL installation have to be correct for the add-in to be loaded. Click the Info button to get more info about the add-in.
In the dialog box with the same name, LiveLink for COMSOL should be listed as running.
